Matrix Solutions Overview

Our goal is to provide flexible training options that allow you to learn without taking your team out of the field for long periods of time. We understand the complexities of how you do business and recognize the constraints of your schedules, so our commitment is as follows:

  • We incorporate the industry's best practices. What we learn from our diverse cross-section of media customers is reflected in our training.
  • We integrate our customer's current and desired work flow to minimize the amount of change.

Every customer is different - and our products are flexible enough to accommodate those differences. Our job is to understand your unique requirements and make sure you get all the value you can. In order to provide a training experience with the highest quality and value, our training consultants take the time to gain an understanding of what works best in each sales organization. Here's how:

  • We ask specific questions pertaining to each organization - to uncover business processes and to match delivery to the personality of your group.
  • We apply proven techniques for extensive fact-finding and discovery.
  • We assign a dedicated training consultant to your organization throughout the training process and beyond - your own Matrix Solutions inside agent.

While we realize the complexity of each market and modify our training suggestions and the approach accordingly, there are still some basic steps we take with every customer.

Step 1: Initial Training

To help make it all more understandable, convenient and productive, we break our training sessions into three topic areas:

  • New Content - Explains the how's and why's of using Matrix SalesCenter or MatrixPlus.
  • Uses of Content - Demonstrates the compilation of data and resulting call for strategic action(s). It's the value beyond the number.
  • Quality of Content - Reinforces the importance and quality of the system when it is fully adopted - identifies the critical dependencies for quality and accuracy.

Step 2: Rolling it out

We aim for high productivity - the quality of our training department allows the possibility for a location/customer to be implemented and fully trained within several weeks of the contract date.

We recognize that our customers have jobs to do and quotas to meet so we make every effort to ensure that the sales staff is available and not tied up for hours on end in training. Each session is highly concentrated, engaging, and focused on specific topics that tie together your operation and Matrix Solutions' software. We recommend segmenting the sessions for better quality and understanding of the depth and range of features and benefits of our software.
