Promotion
New Team Members Bring Knowledge and Skills to Advertising Sales
Software Market Leader
Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of sales strategy management

in the client services and software development groups and a promotion
in the marketing communications group.
New Hires
Kelly Ashton and Kendra Dick were recently hired
to perform client services functions as Software Training Specialists.
In their role, they will be responsible for training customers
on MatrixPlus, Matrix Solutions’ sales strategy tool for
broadcast, cable, radio and print media sales. Kelly Ashton brings
more than four years of training experience to Matrix Solutions.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ashton worked for LandAmerica
Financial Group, Inc. Ms. Ashton is a graduate of Robert Morris
College and holds a BA in Communications. Kendra Dick brings seven
years of teaching experience to Matrix Solutions. Prior to joining
the company, she worked for Pyramid Health Care and Anne Arundel
Public School Systems-Southern High School in Harwood, MD. Ms.
Dick is a graduate of Shippensburg University and holds a BSED
in Education.
Jeremy Jarrell was recently hired to perform
software development functions as a C#/.NET Software Developer.
In his role, he will assist in the development of software projects
while contributing to the improvement of the standards and practices
of the Software Development Department. He brings five years of
experience as a software engineer to Matrix Solutions. Prior to
joining the company, he worked for TYgart Technology and ProLogic
Incorporated. Mr. Jarrell is a graduate of West Virginia University
and holds a BS in Computer Science.
David Weitz was recently hired to perform software
development functions as an Associate Applications Architect.
In his role, he is responsible for the design of software applications.
He brings 7 years of software experience to Matrix Solutions.
Prior to joining the company, he worked for Technology Enterprise
Group and Covansys Corporation. Mr. Weitz attended the University
of Pittsburgh where he received a BA in Business and a MSIS in
Information Science.
Promotion
Jonathan Danial was promoted to Marketing Coordinator
where he will work closely with the VP, Product Management and
Marketing and Sr. Marketing Specialist on coordinating product
marketing and marketing communication projects. Mr. Danial has
been with the company for five months and prior to joining Matrix
Solutions, he interned for Pyramid Management Group’s Walden
Galleria Mall and the United States Council for International
Business. Mr. Danial is pursuing a degree in Public Relations
from Duquesne University.
