Matrix Solutions Names New Vice President of Product Management and Marketing

Deborah Shearman to Provide Technology Expertise for Next-Generation Sales Strategy Software for Media Industry


PITTSBURGH, PA, May 24, 2006 - Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of sales strategy management software for the media sales industry, today announced Deborah Shearman has been named to the newly created position of vice president of product management and marketing, responsible for defining and overseeing product management strategy and marketing activities for the Matrix Solution’s next generation of sales strategy software solutions.

Shearman joined Matrix Solutions management team in 2004 with responsibilities encompassing product management and marketing for MatrixPlus, an integrated suite of sales strategy, sales operations and sales customer relationship management (sales CRM) tools for managing media sales. Shearman has more than 20 years of experience taking innovative technologies and solutions from concept to market. She has successfully launched and branded new businesses and product lines for a variety of companies, ranging from early stage to large, mature Fortune 100 organizations and has a proven track record of translating complex technologies into business advantage.

Shearman has a masters of science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
