Matrix Solutions Announces Management Promotions and New Additions to Team

New Team Leaders Bring Knowledge and Skills to Media Sales Software Market Leader

PITTSBURGH, PA, December 20, 2005 - Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of sales strategy management software for the media sales industry, today announced management promotions in the sales and training organization and new hires in the finance and marketing groups.

Promotions

Dana Snyder has 7 years training experience and was promoted to Training Manager where she’ll be responsible for managing customer renewals, working with the trainers to improve internal processes and communication with customers, and customer training on MatrixPlus, Matrix Solutions’ sales strategy tool for broadcast, cable, radio and print media sales. She has been with the company for 3 years and prior to joining Matrix Solutions, Ms. Snyder was employed with Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and Computer Enterprises. Ms. Snyder has a BS in Business Management from Grove City College.

Jonathan Diven was promoted to North American Sales Manager where he’ll be responsible for sales and business development of MatrixPlus in the United Statest and has a BS in Marketing and Finance from Duquesne University.

New Hires

Curt Emerick was recently hired to perform payroll and accounting functions as Senior Accountant. He has 8 years of accounting experience and prior to joining Matrix Solutions; he worked in accounting with VITAC Corporation. Mr. Emerick has a BA in Economics and a BS in Business and Accounting from Geneva College.

Leslie Currie was recently hired to perform marketing communication functions as Senior Marketing Specialist. She has over 14 years of marketing experience and preceding Matrix Solutions, she worked in marketing with Aceda, RedSiren and ServiceWare Technologies. Ms. Currie has an MBA from Robert Morris University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
