Matrix Solutions Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Accommodate
Growth
PITTSBURGH, PA (October 8, 2002) – Matrix Solutions, developers
of MatrixPlus Broadcast Management software, has announced the
relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters to the
North Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA. The new location, which is
six times larger than the previous facility, will house the Sales,
Product Development and Customer Service divisions.
According to D.J. Cavanaugh, Vice President / General Manager
for Matrix Solutions “In less than a year, our client base
tripled. Our new headquarters will allow us to continue to grow,
and enable us to offer some new software education options –
we’re thrilled with the market’s response to MatrixPlus.”
MatrixPlus software assists television and radio stations in
the development, implementation and monitoring of sales strategies.
An industry first, MatrixPlus allows users to download historical
and future billing information directly from their traffic system,
and organize it into a nine-cell matrix. Customers and prospects
are then assigned a numerical value (1-9). This process enables
stations to organize and view past, current, future and possible
business by dollar contribution and growth potential. This unique
concept gives stations the ability to clearly focus in on targeted
areas, therefore improving sales effort effectiveness, saving
time and increasing revenue.
MatrixPlus was introduced to the Broadcast Sales Industry
in 1992. Licensed to television and radio stations nationwide,
MatrixPlus software users currently include such organizations
as Media General Broadcast, New York Times Broadcast, EW Scripps
and Infinity Broadcasting. For more information or a demonstration
