Jonathan appreciates that true innovation comes from understanding the problem and that listening is a vital component of product management. He directs his team to focus on delivering exceptional user experiences with a product our customers can't live without!
Jonathan drives the product roadmap, defining the product
strategy and supporting services for the company's software
solutions. Jonathan has over 10 years of media industry experience.
He joined Matrix Solutions as an account manager in 2000 and was
promoted to Sales Manager. In his Sales Manager position, Jonathan
was responsible for Matrix Solutions' sales operations including
sales strategies, identifying new markets, developing new business
and building strong relationships with customers to continually
keep and grow Matrix's customer base.
Additionally, Jonathan gained valuable media industry experience
working as an account executive for WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh, an ABC
Affiliate owned by Hearst Television. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
in Finance and Marketing from Duquesne University
(Pennsylvania).
